City Hall construction has required no access to the lower entrance or the drop box for utility payments.
You may use the upper entrance during office hours, pay by mail, or pay online on this website.





CLEMSON SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION


The Pickens County Registration and Elections Commission will be conducting the City of Clemson Special Municipal Election on Tuesday, February 9, 2010 to fill the unexpired term of Council Member Elouise James. This is a non-partisan election and no party affiliation shall be placed on the ballot. The following offices will be on the ballot for Clemson - 1 City Council Seat.

NOTICE:
Vote at your normal election precinct except for the following locations:


Bishop Branch will vote at Clemson Elementary School on Berkeley Drive
East Clemson Baptist Church will vote at Clemson United Methodist Church on Frontage Road
