Pickens County Emergency Management asks that anyone who lives in Pickens County and was impacted by the recent rain events that resulted in uninsured or underinsured damage including policy deductibles, please report those losses to Pickens County Emergency Management at (864) 898-5946 or by email jlink@co.pickens.sc.us.

Please include your name, address, and telephone number along with an estimated dollar amount loss.

Meetings to provide information to those impacted will be held July 31 and August 1 at 5:00 PM  in the Community Meeting Room at Clemson City Hall.  Attendance of these meetings is not required in order to be included in the assessment process.

"Pickens County and the City of Clemson remains committed in assisting our residents in minimizing the impact of this weather related event," stated Chuck Haynes, Director of Pickens County Emergency Management.

2013 Team Up for Clemson Regatta Sep 21 2013 - 9:30am - 3:30pm

A community festival (one day) that celebrates the Clemson Community and University will be held Saturday, September 21, 2013, 9:00 am - 3:30 pm.  (Rain date is Sunday, September 22.)

Community members are invited to interact with students and student/athletes to create an opportunity for fund-raising for local charity and service organizations.  Spectators are encouraged to come out and support this 2nd annual event and are asked to bring a $1 donation OR 1 canned food item as entry fee. Concessions will be sold during the event.  The Clemson Masonic Lodge will be serving BBQ plates.
