6.  Reports/Discussion Agenda:
a. Receive a report from representatives of Duke Energy regarding future power line upgrades that are being scheduled in the City of Clemson to enhance reliability and capacity of electric service – Rick Cotton, City Administrator.

b. Receive a Status Report on the City’s self-funded group health insurance program for calendar year 2016 – Rick Cotton, City Administrator.

c. Staff and Council reports.

7.  Policy/Action Agenda:
a. Item Request – Consider adoption of a Resolution which authorizes and directs the submission of a grant application to the Appalachian Regional Commission and commits a local financial match to a future grant award – Rick Cotton, City Administrator.

b. Item Request – Consider an Amendment to a contract with Goodwin, Mills & Caywood for design, construction document development, bidding and construction inspection services of the Cochran Road utility office and laboratory building – Rick Cotton, City Administrator.

c. Item Request – Consider a request for Council to have the Planning Commission evaluate a request to annex 16 acres of land (parcel number 4054-09-07-3283) – Todd Steadman, Planning & Codes Director.

8.  Executive Session:
a.  Consider appointments to City Boards and Commissions – SC Code, Section 30-4-70 (a)(1)

b.   Consultation with City Attorney for the receipt of legal advice where it relates to a pending, threatened, or potential claim or other matter covered by the attorney-client privilege –

NOTE:  Upon returning to open session, Council may take action on matters discussed in Executive Session.
