5. Reports/Discussion Agenda:

a. Receive a report on the Pacelot Milliken land master planning process and charrette session that was conducted the week of May 11th to 15th – Ms. Sharon Richardson, Planning & Codes Director.

b. Item Request – Receive a report on the request to Increase Fees for services provided by the Planning & Codes Administration Department – Ms. Sharon Richardson, Planning & Codes Director.

c. Item Request – Discuss a Strategy to address dog waste in the City of Clemson – Mr. Andy Blondeau, Assistant City Administrator.

d. Staff and Council Reports.

6. Policy/Action Agenda:

a. Item Request – Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance approving the financing of improvements of the water system of the City of Clemson through borrowing by the City of Clemson not exceeding $1,890,000.00 from the South Carolina Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund, by Agreement with the SC Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund Authority – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.

b. Item Request – Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance to amend the Code of Laws of the City of Clemson, Article II-Governing Body, Division 2-Rules of Procedure, Section 2-37 (a), Meetings–Regular, which amends the starting time of regular meetings of City Council from 7:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. – Mayor J.C. Cook, III.

c. Item Request – Consider approving a bid in the amount of $266,569 from Town and Country Construction to build a retaining wall to shore the slope under the pedestrian bridge on Highway 123 – Mr. Andy Blondeau, Assistant City Administrator.

d. Item Request – Consider Bid results for upgrading Clemson Park Road and Ashley Dearing Park by adding seven feet in width and doing an 1 ½” asphalt overly – Mr. Kent Guthrie, City Engineer.

e. Item Request – Consider setting a date for a public hearing to receive comment on five (5) proposed text amendments of the City of Clemson Zoning Ordinance – Ms. Sharon Richardson, Planning & Codes Director.
