a. Item Request – Receive a report from Utility Director Benjie McGill regarding the recovery actions of the City’s water utility in responding to the Anderson Regional Joint Water System treatment plant breakdown and interruption of wholesale water service delivery that occurred on June 26, 2014 (ARJWS report) – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator. 

b. Item Request – Review and discuss with representatives from Seamon-Whiteside & Associates a Proposal to proceed with preliminary and conceptual street-scape design improvement plans for the Old Calhoun District in the City of Clemson – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.

c. Item Request – Review and discuss Issues related to the adoption of the rewrite of the City of Clemson Zoning Ordinance – Ms. Sharon Richardson, Planning & Codes Director.

e. Staff and Council Reports.

6. Policy/Action Agenda:

a. Consider a Contractual Agreement between the Town of Pendleton and the City of Clemson for CAT services for fiscal year 2014-2015 – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator & Mr. Al Babinicz, CAT Director.

b. Consider an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Seneca and the City of Clemson for CAT services for fiscal year 2014-2015 – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator & Mr. Al Babinicz, CAT Director.

c. Consider a Contractual Agreement between the Town of Central and the City of Clemson for CAT services for fiscal year 2014-2015 – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator & Mr. Al Babinicz, CAT Director.

d. Consider a Contractual Agreement between Clemson University and the City of Clemson for CAT services for fiscal year 2014-2015 – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator & Mr. Al Babinicz, CAT Director.

e. Item Request – Consider for 1st Reading an Ordinance for the City of Clemson to close a portion of an unused 33 foot right-of-way and convey it to the abutting landowners, as defined on the attached plat of survey dated July 5, 2014 by John Robert Tuten, and incorporated within said Ordinance – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.

f. Item Request – Consider authorizing the City Administrator to participate as an Ex-Officio Board Member on the Clemson Community Foundation - Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.

7. Executive Session:

a. Consider Board of Zoning Appeals appointment.
