– Consider for 2nd Reading of an Ordinance adopting the creation of a new “Wastewater Capacity Reservation Agreement” and a Policy for Allocation of Wastewater Treatment Capacity – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.

b. Item Request – Consider for 2nd Reading an Ordinance to amend the Rental Housing fee schedule – Mr. Jacob Peabody, Zoning Administrator.

c. Item Request – Consider for 1st Reading an Ordinance to amend Article VII. Signs to correct scriveners errors and to add standards for electronic signs for fuel stations and add a definition for monument signs to Section 19-107 – Mr. Todd Steadman, City Planner.

d. Item Request – Consider for 1st Reading an Ordinance to amend Article IX Bufferyards, Screening, and Landscaping to clarify some language regarding fences and walls, erosion control, bufferyard distances, screening utilities, and other items – Mr. Todd Steadman, City Planner.

e. Item Request – Consider for 1st Reading an Ordinance to amend Article VIII Parking to clarify some language, modify parking requirements, add language regarding driveways for single-family, and language related to pervious paving and compact spaces. Add a definition of improved surface to Section 19-107 – Mr. Todd Steadman, City Planner.

f. Item Request – Consider an Agreement between Clemson University and the City of Clemson for transit services in fiscal year 2016-2017 – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.

g. Item Request – Consider a Contractual Agreement between the Town of Pendleton and the City of Clemson for CAT transportation services in fiscal year 2016-2017 – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.

h. Item Request – Consider a Contractual Agreement between the Town of Central and the City of Clemson for CAT transportation services in fiscal year 2016-2017 – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.

i. Item Request – Consider a Contractual Agreement between Tri-County Technical College, Highpointe LLC and the City of Clemson for CAT transportation services in fiscal year 2016-2017 – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.

j. Item Request – Consider authorizing the City Administrator to execute a Contract for the acquisition of a parcel of land at 497 Berkeley Drive, in the amount of $52,000.00 for the purpose of constructing stormwater utility improvements - Mr.Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
