a. Item Request – Consider for 2nd Reading a Proposed Text Amendment to the City of Clemson Zoning Ordinance Sign Regulations, Article IV, Division 3 Sections 19-431 to 19-440 in the Code of Ordinances – Ms. Sharon Richardson, Planning & Codes Director.

b. Item Request – Consider for 2nd Reading a Proposed Text Amendment to the City of Clemson Zoning Ordinance Section 19-306 to add Nursing Care Facilities and Community Care Facilities for the elderly as a conditional use in the RM-3 and RM-4 Residential Districts and to amend Section 19-107 to add definitions for Nursing Care Facilities and Community Care Facilities for the elderly – Ms. Sharon Richardson, Planning & Codes Director.

c. Item Request – Consider a request to set a public hearing date to receive public input regarding a proposed Text Amendment to the City Zoning Ordinance, Division 4. Off-street Parking Regulations – Ms. Sharon Richardson, Planning & Codes Director.

d. Item Request – Consider a Resolution authoring the granting of an easement to the Clemson United Methodist Church for the purpose of constructing a driveway entrance to the City’s Clemson Park, authorizing a project to widen the driveway of Clemson Park to Frontage Road, and other matters related thereto – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.

e. Item Request – Consider authorizing the Closure of a section of Elm Street, with a cul-de-sac to be constructed at the south end of Boggs Street, to accommodate the completion of the US 123/SC 133 Intersection Widening and NSRR bridge replacement project sponsored by the SC Department of Transportation – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
