5. Reports/Discussion Agenda:

a. Item Request – Receive an Update on the negotiations with Campus Partners (developers of the Earle Street Apartment project) for inclusion of public parking spaces within the project parking garage to be leased to the City of Clemson - in conjunction with an Infrastructure Reimbursement Agreement – Mayor J.C. Cook, III and Council Member Chapman.

b. Receive an update on the meetings with other municipalities in Pickens County regarding the recent unfunded mandate by the South Carolina General Assembly to direct City governments to pay for indigent defense services in Municipal Court – in addition to the assessments that are already collected – Mayor J.C. Cook, III.

c. Item Request – Review and discuss the recent work session meeting with the Town of Central regarding a new Child Care Service being considered for patrons of the Central-Clemson Indoor Recreation Center – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.

d. Item Request - Discuss the utilization of an Indefinite Delivery Contract for engineering services for the City of Clemson project planning, design and bid assistance – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.

e. Staff and Council Reports.

6. Policy/Action Agenda:

a. Item Request – Consider 2nd Reading of a Proposed Text Amendment to the City Zoning Ordinance, Section 19-107 Definitions And Section 19-303 Table 19-303 Table Of Accessory Uses For Residential Districts And Article III Division 2 Table 19-305 Conditional Uses And Special Exception Standards 19-303.C. To Add Conditional Uses For Hobby Beekeeping And Backyard Chickens. And To Amend 19-303.C.14 Keeping Of Livestock – Ms. Sharon Richardson, Planning & Codes Administrator.

b. Item Request – Consider a Request for financial assistance for Clemson University’s 2015 Diversity and Inclusive Excellence Month events – Council Member Chapman.

c. Item Request – Consider a Request from the Clemson Community Foundation for the City of Clemson to make a financial pledge at the Visionary Circle level in the initial fund-raising campaign for this new Foundation – Mayor J.C. Cook.

d. Item Request – Consider a request from the Friends of Pickens County Guardian ad Litem to display a banner in the flag plaza – Mr. Andy Blondeau, Assistant City Administrator.
