a. Item Request – Review and discuss a Resolution that has been requested by the Friends of the Green Crescent trail organization - Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
b. Staff and Council Reports.
6. Policy/Action Agenda:
a. Item Request – Consider Approval of non-profit organizations for the City’s digital message board advertising: St. Andrews Church Holiday Bazaar and Clemson Congregations in Touch (CCIT) Ministers Chili Cook off - Andy Blondeau, Assistant City Administrator.
b. Item Request – Consider awarding a bid for the Berkeley Drive Pedestrian Bridge and shared path construction project to Thrift Development in the amount of $1,681,414.60; and concurrently authorizing a transfer of $380,000 from the General Fund to the Berkeley Drive pedestrian bridge construction account - Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
c. Item Request – Consider authorizing the City Administrator to execute an Engineering Services Agreement between the City of Clemson and Design South Professionals, Inc. for services related to the final design, bidding assistance and construction administration of the Cochran Road waste water treatment plant expansion in the amount of $1,041,450. – Rick Cotton, City Administrator.

d. Item Request - Consider a Resolution relating to the declaration of intent by the City of Clemson, South Carolina, to reimburse certain expenditures made prior to the issuance of federally tax-exempt Water and Sewer System Revenue Bonds or State Revolving Fund Loans by the City related to the expansion of the Cochran Road WWTP.- rick Cotton, City Administrator.
e. Item Request - Consider authorizing a Change Order to Panagakos Paving Co. in the amount of $18,398.50 for additional asphalt paving quantities related to the Calhoun Streetscape project; with said expense to be paid from the City's Hospitality Tax Fund.- Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
