Obtain Certified Court Records

OBTAINING CERTIFIED COURT RECORDS

Certified Court Records can be obtained by written request only. Please mail the request to Clemson Municipal Court at 1250-3 Tiger Boulevard, Clemson, SC, 29631, or fax the request to (864) 653-2044. Please provide your name, date of birth and current mailing address with said request. Clemson Municipal Court can only provide a record for those offenses that occurred within the City of Clemson jurisdiction.
