Building Board of Appeals

The Building Board of Appeals is a quasi-judicial body charged with hearing appeals of decisions made by the City Building Official or to consider request for variances to specific code requirements imposed by the International Building Code.

This is a five (5) member board appointed by City Council. The board meets on an as needed basis.
