  1. 2015-R-04 Clarification of structure height for parcels fronting the Corp of Engineer property in the CM district.
  2. 2015-R-05 A proposed amendment to the 2024 Comprehensive Plan to change parcels in the Future Land Use Map.
  3. 2015-R-08 Request from Clemson City Council to rezone a portion of the City Hall Municipal Complex from R-20, single-family residential to CP-2, community business, to comply with the zoning ordinance for government buildings.
