Armed Robbery Investigation




·        Clemson City Police received a 911 call at approximately 4:30 am on Nov. 18, 2015.

·        The caller was the clerk at the location stating she had just been robbed.

·        The location is the 7-Eleven located on Old Greenville Hwy. (hwy 93) in Clemson.

·        A lone black male entered the store wearing a dark colored North Face coat with a hood and wearing a black or dark colored full face hood covering the face with only the eyes visible to the clerk.

·        The suspect appears to be between 5’-7” and 5’-8” tall weighing approximately 180 pounds.

·        The suspect presented a handgun at the clerk demanding that she lock the front doors to the store and place a sign in the window stating “will return in 15 minutes.”

·        Once the door was locked the suspect demanded the clerk empty the money from the cash registers within the store.

·        The suspect then left the store on foot; however it is believed he went to a vehicle that was parked at another location.

·        There is currently no vehicle description available.

·        The suspect left with an undetermined amount of cash.

No injuries or gun shots were reported as a part of the incident.
