CLEMSON POLICE DEPARTMENT
DRUG SEARCH WARRANT

During the afternoon hours of Wednesday, May 19, 2010 the Clemson City Police Department Vice & Narcotics Unit with the assistance of the Agents from the Pickens County Sheriff?s Office; executed a search warrant for illegal drugs on Lewis Road in the City of Clemson. The search warrant was executed at 106 Lewis Road.

? Agents observed what appeared to be marijuana plants growing beside a residence on Lewis which led to the execution of a search warrant at 106 Lewis Road

? It appeared the individual was trying to hide the marijuana plants by growing them amidst other vegetable and plant foliage

? A search of the interior and exterior ground of the residence resulted in the seizure of 117 marijuana plants and approximately 4 to 5 pounds of marijuana product being dried out within the interior of the house

? Street value of the marijuana seized is approximately $125,000.00

? Street value of each plant is app. 1,000.00 along with each pound of marijuana having a street value of app. 650.00

? Charged is Pamela Centa Rupert; a white female; DOB 08/01/1963; of 106 Lewis Road, Clemson

? Rupert is charged with Trafficking Marijuana; Trafficking Marijuana Within the Proximity of a School; Possession With Intent to Distribute (PWID) Marijuana; and PWID Marijuana Within the Proximity of a School

? Rupert is currently being held at the Clemson City Jail awaiting a bond hearing
