Quincy L. Burt for Burglary

At approximately 2:15pm on April 4th, 2015 officers from the Clemson City Police Department responded to a Burglary that had occurred at The Orchard in Clemson earlier in the morning. Officers arrived on scene and were advised that an unknown black male had entered an apartment without invitiation and climbed into bed with a female resident.  At approximately 5:00am on April 19th, 2015 officers from the Clemson City Police Department responded to the same apartment for another Burglary that involved similar circumstances and the same unknown black male.

Mikell Fairey for Possession With Intent to Distribute Marijuana

At approximately 8:22am on the morning of April 21st, 2015 Officers from the Clemson City Police Department responded to East Briar subdivision for a complaint of robbery that had just occurred. Upon arrival Officers and Detectives began to investigate the incident and recognized a strong odor of marijuana in the residence. A search warrant was obtained and Officers seized approximately 3lbs of marijuana, three firearms, a vehicle, and a large amount of US Currency.
