Downtown Streetscape

Construction is currently underway for the next phase of College Avenue streetscape improvements. This phase will extend improvements previously installed on College Avenue to the side streets downtown.

Clemson City Hall Parking Lot

The City of Clemson is expanding the parking area around City Hall.  In order to accomplish this expansion underground storm water detention system was installed.  The parking area is currently under construction.
