Clemson University SARS-CoV-2 in Wastewater Monitoring Record

Clemson University continues to test the levels of SARS-CoV-2 in the University and City Wastewater Treatment Facilities, including the University Plant, Clemson's Cochran Road Plant, and the Pendleton Plant, which also serves a portion of the City of Clemson. The full results as of July 1st are included, and other results are forthcoming. We will continue to update as we receive more test results.

City Offices Closed July 3rd

City Offices will be closed Friday, July 3rd in observance of the July 4th holiday. 

CATbuses will not run on July 3rd and 4th.

Please have your garbage and recycling out Thursday, July 2nd by 7am. Our office will be closed on Friday July 3rd. The recycling drop off center on 1155 Old Central Road will be closed on Saturday, July 4th.

As the State of South Carolina continue to experience rapid community spread, Clemson city and University officials strongly urge all individuals to wear face coverings in public and to maintain social distancing. More information about steps individuals should take if they test positive or have known exposure is available on the University’s website at www.clemson.edu/coronavirus.
